Dear Helen Baxevanidou,
I write to you on behalf of the Sprach- und Kulturbörse (SKB; Language and Culture Exchange) at the Technical University Berlin. The SKB is an organization that aims to facilitate cultural exchange. This takes place at various events and language courses, in which people from around the world teach their mother tongues. Given the current circumstances, we are also offering courses online. We see this as a great opportunity to reach people from around the world.
The TU Berlin’s partner universities are among the institutions we’re approaching to introduce our German language courses, which will take place in March and April during the Winter Term 2020-2021. The courses would be a great opportunity for those who wish to learn German but have not hitherto had the chance to take a language course.
We have 10 German courses on offer from A1.1 to B2.2. Most courses will meet three times a week, starting on March 15 and finishing in the end of April 2021. Registration for the courses will take place online from 1 to 5 March. The courses are open to students from around the world (at concession prices a valid student card must be shown), employees of any of the Berlin universities, and alumni of the TU Berlin.
